Dr Mahmoud Mohammed Hassan Mudafar

Dr Mudafar has obtained in April 1982 a PhD degree in Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK in recognition of the program of work carried out in collaboration with Rolls Royce Ltd. Dr. Mudafar has made an achievement in his chosen field for which he has been accredited both at home and abroad and his work has obtained international recognition. He completed a Post Doctorate course in ' Airplane Design ' at the Institute of Aeronautical, at the University of Belgrade – Serbia. He has also published two papers in leading American journals of the "American Society of Mechanical Engineers-ASME"

Dr. Mudafar work has involved high levels of responsibility, skill and technical expertise. His background posts have included positions, such as: Chief project manager; Researcher and research leader; Trainee in the advance Aerodynamics Laboratory of Rolls Royce Limited in the Aero-Division in Leavesden Watford UK, and Darmstadt Germany.

Dr. Mudafar has been assisting in planning, supervising, designing many projects such as; Building two Big Bridges on the Tigress River; Erection communication tower in Baghdad; Repairing, Maintaining and Modifying the Electrical Power Stations in Iraq.

Dr. Malik D. Al-Hassan (Legal adviser)

Dr Malik Dohan Al Hassan, holds a Ph.D. in Tortuous Responsibility in Iraqi and French Law from University of Paris, 1957 and is the founding partner of Dohan Law Firm-Baghdad.   Dr. Al Hassan is ranked as one of the most well reputed lawyer in Iraq. His reputation is stemmed from his extensive experience in the areas of litigation, drafting commercial contracts, alternative dispute resolution, company and commercial law , banking, debt settlement, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, drafting government bilateral agreements and administrative law especially in the area of corruption and abuse of power.

Dr. Al Hassan started his professional career as an investigating judge in 1947. After completing his PhD in France, he later joined Baghdad University in 1957 as a law lecturer which paved the way for him to become a law professor in 1966, during that period he was the President of the Iraqi Teacher Association (1965-1967) and was responsible for setting law exams at the state level. He was appointed the president of Al Mustansiriyya University in 1966. In 1970 he founded Al Dohan Law Firm in Baghdad, which is specialized in all aspects of the law. His expertise has extended to reach high government levels where he participated in the reform of the Iraqi legal system and served as the Minister of Information from 1967 to 1968.

In 2003, Dr. Al Hassan, was elected as the president of the Iraqi  Bar Association and in 2004-2005 he was nominated by the  by Mr. Alkhadar Al-Ibrahemi the UN representative for Iraq, to become the minister of Justice in 2004 till end 2005.

Dr.Malik today is full time lawyer practicing in Baghdad.

Mr. David Wells

David Wells holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in International Business and Marketing from James Cook University in Australia and a Certificate lV in Information Technology - Network Management. He has over 30 years in the Security Industry working throughout Australia, South East Asia, Asia, Middle East and North Africa. David is from a multi disciplined security background. During his extensive career he was the Country Manager for Consolidated Security in Queensland, Australia where he oversaw major projects for companies like BHP, Anglocoal, Rio Tinto, Caltex, and Ergon Energy. As a Senior Security Consultant he has been involved in major projects such as the Malaysian Securities Commission, Singapore General Hospital, Saudi Aramco, Dubai Metro and Qatar Petroleum.

Dr. Rima Shaar

Dr. Shaar holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources with Distinction from the US. She works as a UN Consultant & AUB Lecturer. She holds a Member in good standing with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Global Forum, and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Certified as HR Advanced Generalist by SHRM and the Institute of Human Resources Management Education (IHRME), Arizona. She has about 15 years of valuable experience in Human Resources, Management Consulting, Training, Education, Customer Service, Auditing and Banking. She worked on a number of HR projects and assignments with Team International, Coopers & Lybrand, World Bank, Deloitte & Touche (Middle East), American University of Beirut, Lebanese American University and Fransabank.

Dr. Zauba Al Rawi

Dr. Al Rawi holds a Ph.D. in Management Science specializing in Strategic Management. He currently works as an environmental services advisor and deputy General Manager of ISEN for Energy and Environment. Before that, he held such positions as general manager of Iraqi-Mas and an academic associate at the British Institute for Training and Rehabilitation in Yemen.

Dr. Mohamed K. Nezami

Dr. Nezami holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering specializing in wireless digital radio signal processing (DSP) algorithms, RF circuits design and test, and wireless system design. He currently works as an Assistant professor teaching wireless communications and digital signal processing courses at Princess Sumaya University of Technology. He previously worked with Jordan Telesystems Inc. as a consultant RF circuit design, and PCB design & fabrication and with Telekom Research & Development SDN BHD in Malaysia as a Research Scientist Leading a group of engineers in an incubation research park to develop several R&D programs.

Mr. Muhammad Siyam

Mr. Siyam holds a B.A. in Business Administration. He currently owns and manages SIMS LLC a publishing house, public relations, and advertising firm. He also serves as an editor for “Akher Khabar Newspaper” in USA. He has an extensive experience in business and partnership development and public relations in addition to his experience in the production of marketing, advertising, promotional and public relations campaigns and the various phases of multimedia production.

Dr. MUNA HAMDI

Dr. Hamdi holds a Ph.D. In Electronic and Electrical Engineering. She currently works as Research Fellow/Consultant at the School of Engineering and Design, Brunel University, Uxbridge, UK. She previously worked as a Systems Engineer and a Computer Consultant. Her major areas of expertise are Real-Time Dynamic Scheduling (resource planning), Food, Surveillance systems, Lift and telecom Industry, Decision Support Systems, AI, Optimisation and resource management and Simulation and Data Modeling (Traffic Analysis).

Mr. Youssef Lahoud

Mr. Lahoud holds a BA in economics from Beirut University in 1954, his major experience is in aircraft evaluation, market research and planning

Mr. Lahoud started his career in 1959 as market researcher and soon became the vice-president for planning and economics for MEA
